ETM uses a proprietary method of computational analysis, enabling rapid exploration across a broad set of geometric and material parameters. While physical models continue to provide ultimate demonstration of performance, our R&D team greatly reduces optimization lead time and costs through materials characterization, modeling and simulation.
Build
ETM and our affiliated companies constantly expand our existing expertise in the materials and processes required to build motors and generators. This enables rapid development of products and manufacturing processes as well as protection of trade secrets and IP.
We promote a strong hands-on connection between ETM’s technical team and manufacturing with our affiliated industry commercialization partners. We provide design, prototype, and pilot line manufacturing capability to prove out and support initial product testing and market introduction. ETM’s design for manufacturability (DFM) prototyping allows increased optimization and speed to market.
Test
ETM utilizes both in-house and outsource test resources.
